I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere overlooking the bay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The courteous and accommodating service made me feel welcome and cared for. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing environment close to everything I wanted to explore. While the dining experience was a bit pricey and could have been better, the facilities were well-maintained and added to my overall comfort.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience. The rooms offer stunning bay views from our balcony, and the property's outside location adds to its charm. I definitely recommend this place, even though my ground floor room was next to the car park.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms had cobwebs with spiders in almost every corner and a musty smell, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wall AC, something unique compared to other hotels I've visited. The service, especially at the FIREFLY, went above and beyond, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The location was beautiful with a poolside food and drink service, although being close to Sea World meant a rental car was necessary for exploring further afield. The dining experience at Firefly had its ups and downs, with some subpar dishes. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, the room lacked blackout shades, which may be an issue for light sleepers. The location was superb with easy access to the beach and other attractions.

The location was fantastic, offering a nice view of the fireworks at Seaworld in the evening. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially at breakfast. However, the dining options were limited, and starting breakfast at 7 AM was a bit late for my schedule.
